Paramedics have taken a teenage boy to hospital after he suffered facial injuries in an e-scooter crash.
The boy suffered facial injuries after the crash at Gumnut Court, Tewantin, at 8.26pm Friday.
He was taken to Nambour Hospital in a stable condition.
A man in his 30s also suffered facial injuries and neck pain from a single-car crash on the corner of Paulger Road and Eumundi Kenilworth Road, Kenilworth, at 8.10pm Friday.
He was rushed to Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.
At Pomona, a woman in her 40s suffered a shoulder injury after falling off a horse at a private property at 5.59pm Friday.
She was taken to Nambour Hospital, also in a stable condition.
Paramedics also attended a fire in a park on Petrie Road, Nambour, at 6.42pm.
There were no patients to treat.
Chopper rushes to motorcycle crash, traffic chaos on major road
A lane on a major Sunshine Coast road closed after three vehicles collided causing peak-hour traffic chaos and a rescue helicopter has been called to a motorcycle crash in the hinterland.
The peak-hour three-car crash occurred on the Sunshine Coast Mwy in Pacific Paradise in the right-hand southbound lane about 2.50pm on Thursday.
A Queensland Ambulance spokeswoman said no one was taken to hospital.
Paramedics had initially been called to look over two patients among the people involved in the crash.
A Queensland Police Service spokeswoman said the traffic control that was in place was cleared about 3.30pm.
A helicopter was also called to fly a motorcyclist to hospital after they smashed into a tree on the Sunshine Coast.
The crash occurred on Old Gympie Rd near the intersection at Thompson Rd at Beerwah about 2pm on Friday.
An ambulance spokeswoman said a man, in his 20s, had crashed into a tree while riding the motorcycle.
He suffered significant injuries to his leg with paramedics treating the man on scene.
A helicopter was tasked to take the patient to hospital.
The two afternoon crashes come after firefighters cut a person from a car in a crash on a busy Sunshine Coast road.
Emergency services were called about 10.40am to a two-vehicle crash on Aerodrome Rd in Maroochydore.
A Queensland Fire Department spokesman said firefighter crews were called to the scene and used their cutting gear to free someone from one of the vehicles.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said a woman in her 60s was being looked over by paramedics and had minor injuries.
She was later taken to hospital in a stable condition.
