Emergency crews called to house fire, bus crash on Sunshine Coast
Two people were taken to hospital following separate incidents on the Sunshine Coast including a bus crash and a fire in which a man suffered smoke inhalation.

A person has been taken to hospital after a two-vehicle crash involving a bus in the Sunshine Coast region.
Burnside residents could hear the smash that cause significant damage to a silver hatchback after the two vehicle collided at the corner of Coes Creek Road and Glenys St about 8.08pm on Monday.
Emergency crews were called to the site with one fire crew arriving on scene about 8.15pm.
Photos showed the bus belonged to the Queensland Government.
A Queensland Fire Department spokesman said no one was trapped and everyone was already out of the vehicles on the crew’s arrival.
Queensland Ambulance Service confirmed one person was taken to Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.
This incident came less than an hour after emergency crews were called to a reported house fire in Mooloolah Valley at 7.15pm.
The QFD spokesman said two crews arrived on scene about 7.30pm but there was not any fire, just a lot of smoke coming from a stove.
They assisted paramedics or assessed one man in his 30s for smoke inhalation.
He was also taken to Sunshine Coast University hospital in a stable condition.
