Charges laid after high-speed police rampage

A BLI Bli boy, 14, and another from Logan have been charged for allegedly leading police on a wild rampage across the Sunshine Coast yesterday afternoon.
The pair, driving an allegedly stolen utility, are accused of ramming several police cars in the hour-long chase from Mooloolah Valley to Dicky Beach.
A total of eight police vehicles were allegedly damaged as a result of the incident, however no one was seriously injured.
A 12-year-old Logan Central boy and a 14-year-old Bli Bli boy have both been charged with dangerous operation of a vehicle, unlawful use of a motor vehicle, evasion and driving unlicensed.
