A former Sunshine Coast night-life security guard accused of rape, sexual assault and stalking against numerous women had his matter mentioned in court.
Callum Luke Westcott Fisher, 25, had his matter mentioned before Maroochydore Magistrates Court by law clerk Ethan Lloyd as town agent on August 30.
Mr Fisher faces 120 charges including 28 counts of rape, 33 counts of sexual assault and two of torture.
Police previously alleged he was using his position as a security guard to commit the alleged offences when he was working at Ocean St, Maroochydore, Noosa Safe Night precinct and a Birtinya shopping centre.
His matter was last mentioned in court on May 31 when he was charged with 12 additional offences.
The new charges are five counts of rape, three of sexual assault, one of choking, one of torture, one of stalking and one of observing or recording in breach of privacy.
Some of the alleged incidents date back to 2016.
Police prosecutor Jeanette Grigoris told the court the alleged offences related to 17 victims who were all known to each other.
Mr Lloyd said it was expected police would hand over the latest brief of evidence to Mr Fisher’s firm in coming days and asked for all charges to be kept together.
Sergeant Grigoris noted the file had a “substantial amount of material” and suggested a four-week adjournment to allow lawyers to sort through the documents.
Magistrate Haydn Stjernqvist adjourned the matter to October 4 and made a guillotine direction, which means the case needs to continue through the court system, with Mr Fisher’s appearance required.
Mr Fisher has yet to enter pleas and remains on remand in custody.
