Aroona police raid: Four arrested, cocaine and $320k seized in bust
Sunshine Coast tactical cops say they have busted a “high level drug supplier” after conducting a major raid in a sleepy Caloundra suburb where 250g of cocaine was found.

Four people have been arrested and drugs and $320,000 seized following a major police raid on the Sunshine Coast.
The Sunshine Coast Tactical Crime Squad conducted three search warrants in Aroona on Thursday, July 13.
Police officers seized a quarter of a kilogram of cocaine, about 113g of MDMA and about 9kg of cannabis along with drug utensils and $320,000.
Sunshine Coast Criminal Investigation Branch officer-in-charge Detective Senior Sergeant Craig Mansfield said a 26-year-old Aroona man had been charged with drug trafficking.
He was granted police bail and was expected to appear in the Maroochydore Magistrates Court on August 4.
A 44-year-old Aroona man, a 26-year-old Aroona woman and another person will also face drug-related charges.
The other three are expected to appear in the Maroochydore court on the same date.
“It’s a good result for the Sunshine Coast, it’s dismantled a really high level drug supplier,” Sergeant Mansfield said.
