Alleged bikie gang member Daniel John Enchelmaier charged with trafficking, supplying drugs
A Pelican Waters man alleged to have been involved in bikie activity on the Sunshine Coast will remain behind bars for Christmas after he was charged with trafficking drugs.

An alleged bikie gang member is facing a new charge in court after his bail was refused earlier this week over accusations of drug trafficking.
Court documents state Pelican Waters man Daniel John Enchelmaier, 35, was arrested by the Sunshine Coast District Gang Squad on December 19 as part of Operation Victor Albatross targeting bikie gang activity on the Sunshine Coast, where police raids uncovered thousands of dollars in drugs and firearms.
Police alleged Mr Enchelmaier, who is understood to be an alleged member of the Bandidos Logan Chapter, was one of the main players subject to the gang bust.
He has been charged with one count of trafficking drugs and one of supplying drugs. He has not entered pleas.
Court documents alleged Mr Enchelmaier trafficked meth, MDMA and cocaine at Pelican Waters between June 15 and December 19, and supplied a man MDMA in Upper Caboolture on October 29.
Mr Enchelmaier applied for bail in the Maroochydore Magistrates Court on December 20, but court documents state it was refused due to risk of Mr Enchelmaier reoffending on bail.
He was charged again on Thursday for not providing access to an electronic device when ordered by police on December 20 at the Maroochydore Watch House.
Mr Enchelmaier’s matter was mentioned again in the Maroochydore Magistrates Court on December 22, where he was represented by duty lawyer Alex Collins.
Prosecutor James Allen told the court the new charge related to other matters for which Mr Enchelmaier was remanded in custody for.
Magistrate Rod Madsen adjourned the matter for committal mention to March 1, 2024 to join up with his charges of trafficking and supplying dangerous drugs.
