Alichia Anne McNee charged with producing, possessing marijuana in Cooran
A Cooran cleaner’s alleged drug growing operation has been busted wide open by the Sunshine Coast Tactical Crime squad after officers seized 2kg of drugs during a raid.

A Sunshine Coast Tactical Crime Squad raid on a Cooran home has netted an alleged marijuana growing operation
Alichia Anne McNee, 36, had her Cooran home raided on May 5, 2022 for drugs with a large hydroponic set-up allegedly discovered.
Police allege Ms McNee was found with marijuana, fertiliser, a bong, scales and s4 and s8 medicines.
Ms McNee appeared in Noosa Magistrates Court on Tuesday charged with seven offences ranging from producing and possessing drugs to possessing s4 and s8 medicines.
Magistrate Haydn Sternqvist asked if there was a presumptive weight related to the charge of producing dangerous drugs over the schedule three quantity.
“It was a couple of kilos,” replied police prosecutor Alison Johnstone.
The Cooran cleaner had her matters adjourned to July 5, 2022 and left the court on bail.
She will return to court on two counts of possessing anything used in the commission of a crime, two counts of possessing medicines, possessing drugs, possessing utensils and producing dangerous drugs exceeding schedule three quantity.
