Accused rapist Callum Luke Westcott Fisher charged with fresh offences

A former nightlife security guard accused of raping and sexually assaulting at least 13 women must wait three months for his next court date as police investigate fresh allegations against him.

Callum Luke Westcott Fisher had his matter mentioned in Maroochydore Magistrates Court.

A man who allegedly used his position as a security guard to rape, stalk and sexually assault women has had even more allegations stacked against him.

Callum Luke Westcott Fisher had his matter mentioned by defence lawyer Bettina Webb in the Maroochydore Magistrates Court on May 31.

Ms Webb told the court her client has been charged with fresh offences since the matter was last before court.

Police prosecutor Amanda Brewer told the court the new complainant involved in the fresh charges and other alleged victims are “all interconnected”.

The court heard 48 statements were still missing from the brief of evidence as new alleged victims continue to come forward.

Sergeant Brewer said police will have to examine 1268 calls made from prison by Mr Fisher for any relevant information which may emerge.

He has been charged with 120 offences including 28 counts of rape and 33 counts of sexual assault, all in relation to at least 13 women.

He also faces allegations of stalking, making observations or recordings in breach of privacy and deprivation of liberty.

Some of the alleged incidents date back to 2016.

Mr Fisher was previously charged with 19 extra alleged offences, formerly facing only 88 charges.

He has yet to enter any pleas and Mr Fisher remains on remand.

Police previously alleged he was using his position as a security guard to commit the alleged offences when he was working at Ocean St, Maroochydore, Noosa Safe Night precinct and a Birtinya shopping centre.

Mr Fisher was arrested in March, 2022 after police investigations.

Magistrate Matthew McLaughlin adjourned the matter to August 30, 2024.
