It was a fiery day of family fun at Aussie World on the Sunshine Coast with dunny races and eating competitions keeping crowds entertained.
The annual Chilli Festival, held alongside the 33rd Great Australian Dunny Race on Sunday, featured Australian artisan chilli sauces, tandoori jerky and spicy kangaroo salami.
Keen chilli enthusiasts battled it out in the chilli chip eating challenge, while other festival-goers after a more mild experience grazed on an assortment of chilli themed food trucks.
Entry donations to the festival will be used to help flood affected communities by donating proceeds to Rural Aid.
