Noosa real estate company, Tom Offermann, submits plans for luxury riverfront townhouses

A prominent Noosa real estate has revealed its proposal to transform a riverfront block into a series of high-end townhouses. See the plans.

A prominent Noosa real estate has revealed their proposal to transform a riverfront block into a series of high-end townhouses.

The plans by landowner, Snowlake Pty Ltd, which is the company behind Tom Offermann Real Estate Pty Ltd, were submitted to the Noosa Council on August 30, 2024.

If approved, the existing building at 100 Hilton Tce in Noosaville, which currently includes a number of flats, will be demolished to allow for the construction of four high-end townhouses.

Each townhouse will consist of either three or four-bedrooms, a central courtyard and private pool overlooking the Noosa River, according to the planning report.

“Private outdoor space is provided for each townhouse on the ground level at the rear of the site in the form of outdoor living, pool and pool terrace areas which capitalise on the unique location providing views to the Noosa River over Chaplain Park located at the rear boundary of the site,” the planning report stated.

“The development encompasses subtropical design through the inclusion of open living areas that flow between indoor and outdoor spaces, eaves and large windows to capitalise on breezes, sunlight and the Noosa climate.”

The planning report stated the townhouses would provide more “diversity” to the housing market for Noosa residents.

“The development represents a contemporary residential offering that provides housing choice and diversity to the housing supply offering in Noosa Shire,” the planning report stated.

“The proposal prioritises outdoor living with the inclusion of private outdoor space at the rear of each townhouse which interfaces with the Noosa River, capitalising on the subtropical living.”
