Emergency crews are assessing four patients following a multi-car crash at Elimbah which has forced the road shut.
First responders were called to the scene of the crash on Beerburrum Rd shortly before 4.30pm Sunday.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said a woman in her 20s was being treated for abdominal pain.
It is understood at least three vehicles were involved in the crash.
Police have shut the road and advised drivers to expect delays or seek alternate routes.
