Man stranded on Sunshine Coast roof after building mishap

Emergency services have been called to a rural Sunshine Coast address where a man is currently stranded on a roof after suffering an injury while completing building work.

A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said it appeared the man had been working on a roof when he injured his foot with a tool at an address on Eumundi-Noosa Rd, Verrierdale just after midday on Monday.

The spokeswoman said he was in a stable condition.
