ESCORTS were allegedly duped out of about $16,000 within just days by a man who was jailed for pulling the same stunt weeks earlier.
Marc Christian McClintock told Maroochydore Magistrates Court via video link from prison, he was "leaning towards pleading guilty” to his five charges which included three counts of fraud committed on dates between October 17-20, 2018, and November 27-30, 2018.
He's further charged with single counts of breach of bail and possess tainted property.
The court heard Mr McClintock was accused of defrauding escorts of $16,000 for their services and had been jailed previously for doing the same, but to the amount of $30,000.
Magistrate Matthew McLaughlin set the matter down for a long plea on March 28.
In 2009, Mr McClintock was fined $500 for making a false representation to police after he lied to police that his mum was making methamphetamines.
He later confessed to planting three items of glassware with chemical residue, spirits, glucose and a gas burner in her home.
