WITH one taste of Nut Kunlert's delicious blend of home-made sauces, you'll be transported right to his grandmother's bustling street-side stall in Thailand.
The head chef's desire to transform people's lives with food was born in the kitchen at age six.
Now, Mr Kunlert will bring his authentic Thai dishes to the opening of P'Nut Street Noodles' newest location in Buddina.
"We are the only restaurant concept in Australia, that I'm aware of, that makes the sauce from scratch directly from Thailand," Mr Kunlert said.
Yet those who can't handle the heat wouldn't have to worry about the amount of chilli paste added, he said.
P'Nut Steet Noodles will officially open on Saturday, May 25, from 11.30am-9.30pm, at their Kawana Shoppingworld location.
