PROUD Coast products Geowulf are peddling their musical wares around the world with exposure at an international festival strengthening their case for success.
Members Star Kendrick, Toma Banjanin, Oscar Robertson and David Barton played a busy schedule at the South by South West Music Festival in Texas, US, earlier this month.
The festival puts bands from around the world in front of music industry professionals.
It is recognised as a great chance for the next generation of talent to be discovered by record labels and booking agencies.
Now based in London, Ms Kendrick said their first experience at the US festival was really positive.
"We did seven shows in six days so (it was) a lot of work but it is a great festival that showcases so many bands from across the world - a really cool thing to be a part of,” Ms Kendrick said.
It comes after their song Saltwater was picked up by Corona last year for use in an advertising campaign.
Ms Kendrick said moving to London had enabled collaboration with really talented producers, labels, management and writers.
Geowulf's second album is set to be released later in the year and a tour of Europe and the US is in the works.
Ms Kendrick said she loved coming back to the Coast for a few months every summer.
"We love home - feel very privileged to call Noosa home.”
