Emergency services rushed a young cyclist to hospital after a collision with a car at Caloundra West on Saturday morning.
Paramedics and police were called to Bellvista Boulevard around 8.30am with reports of a bike and car crash.
Queensland Ambulance Service paramedics, including critical care, rushed the man in his 20s to Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.

A Queensland Police spokeswoman said police also responded to the serious incident.
