Ladies take the lead

A GROUP of successful women are using networking to take their business and personal lives to another level.

ENTREPRENEURIAL women are showing how it's done when it comes to successful collaboration in the workforce.

Ladies Without Limits is a group of professional women who inspire each other to become greater in every aspect of their lives.

The members meet every six weeks as they aim to unlock their unknown limitations through building a stronger network and learning various techniques to improve their professional performance.

Ladies Without Limits creator Sarah Be said she was able to witness business and personal growth in her members, as they became more confident establishing themselves in the community.

"What I see is the members glowing and shining on the inside and that's what inspires me,” she said.

Ms Be said it was important to have more female-led groups in business, particularly as it was mostly a male-dominated field.

"Women are naturally more gregarious,” she said.

"They can share their successes and their limitations more easily.

"When they feel a sense of a network behind them, they do become more invincible within themselves.”

Ladies Without Limits member Helga Dalla said she's had the pleasure of watching the group evolve over the last year.

She reiterated the benefits of providing supportive and safe spaces for women to learn from one another.

"Women can basically impact more lives if we collaboratively come together and help and support one another grow,” she said.

Ms Dalla said the supportive network of like-minded women in Ladies Without Limits was second to none.

"It doesn't matter where you come from, what you do, you'll feel noted and cared for,” she said.

"Having a space like that for women is imperative for personal and business growth.”

With 400 members making up the network, Ms Be said her goal was for the group to be "ever expanding and ever greater”.
