A Sunshine Coast truck stop and toilet has been added to Queensland Health’s Covid-19 contact tracing exposure sites list.

According to the department, an infectious case visited the Caboolture South Travel Centre truck stop area and men’s toilet at the Glass House Mountains on Saturday, October 23.

The person visited the centre between 8.50-9.35pm.

The truck stop joins a growing list of exposure sites which includes Broadbeach, Richlands, Rocklea and Acacia Ridge.

Queensland Health advise close contacts to travel home or to accommodation to get tested at the earliest opportunity and quarantine for 14 days.

It comes after 1403 Covid-19 vaccinations were administered on the Sunshine Coast on Monday, taking the total number to 186,309.

To date, the Sunshine Coast has recorded 132 total cases of Covid-19.
