The 2018 world runner-up posted a photo on social media showing the couple's new baby boy being showered with love by his big sister, Olivia.

"Just like that, there's a beautiful baby boy in our house and we couldn't be more chuffed," Wilson wrote.

Little River Julian Wilson was born on January 6. On Ashley's Instagram, she revealed they "couldn't feel any more grateful".

Wilson and the rest of Australia's surfing team, which includes Stephanie Gilmore, Sally Fitzgibbons and Owen Wright, secured their places through world rankings in December, although they have to wait until May to fully satisfy the selection criteria for the Tokyo Olympics.
