“I made an account and started posting, even though I found my own videos cringe,” Chilcote said.

“People started to actually watch my TikToks which made me feel embarrassed so I deleted my entire account,

“I got over that, made a new account, and now have over 400,000 followers.”

With around 110 tattoos, Chilcote says that for him, getting tattoos is just like adding to any sort of collection.

“I will continue to do so until I run out of skin I would assume,” Chilcote said.

“My whole reason for even starting social media is because I wouldn’t be able to get a “regular” job being heavily tattooed.

“I’ve had opportunities I never could’ve imagined possible, I think something that really stands out to me is when Inked Magazine in New York invited me to come into their offices and do an interview for their own TikTok profile, this was a big deal to me as I’d been following them for years before I even had tattoos myself.”

Boasting more than 16 million likes across all his videos, Chilcote says that people wanting to start content creation themselves should learn how it works beforehand, understand the app and find the best ways to make content.

“Find a niche and something that you like doing and just stay consistent with it.” Chilcote said.

A true Sunny Coast local, Chilcote walks in Mooloolaba every morning and says he wants to see all around the world, but will “always make my way back to the Sunny Coast”.
