With an interest in design, style and architecture, Mr Smith said his job tied in the “social aspects” of those interests and forming relationships with clients had become his favourite part of the job.

Mr Smith said he always had the passion for real estate and labelled the industry “wonderful and “emotionally driven,”.

Mr Smith grew up on the Sunshine Coast, attending Buderim Mountain State School and then Mountain Creek State High School, and his agency “passionately” supports several community groups including the Sunshine Coast Animal Refuge.

“We are a family-based business and remained that since the beginning, we will always stay true to giving outstanding service, being passionate for what we do,” he said.

Mr Smith shared advice for buyers and sellers in 2024, saying to research the market and gain an understanding of what was selling and who was leading the market.

“Build relationships with agents and become familiar with properties that are transacting in your area,” he said.
