A leaking school water tank saga appears to have been plugged to stop it becoming a courtroom washout.
Montessori International College filed a civil claim in Maroochydore District Court last month saying 13 individual 23,000L precast concrete fire storage water tanks installed by Hutchinson Builders on its Forest Glen campus in 2014 were leaking.
The school claimed the tanks pads and water tanks were not fit for purpose of being used as fire storage tanks.

Hutchinson Builders managing director Greg Quinn on Wednesday said the matter had since been resolved amicably.
“Hutchies is attending to the necessary work on the tanks during the September school holidays to avoid any disruption to Montessori’s operations,” Mr Quinn said.
The school has been contacted for comment.
