Brush’d Artistry recognised as Sunshine Coast’s best lash technicians

With the fine motor skills of an experienced surgeon, these lash technicians have made a habit out of making women on the Sunshine Coast feel like a million dollars.

Shaye Johnson, Lizzy Tucker and Zarli Grant of Brush’d Artistry have been voted the best in their field by our readers.

Business owner Mrs Johnson said they were “ecstatic to be recognised”.

“Being such a competitive industry, there are so many incredible businesses around so it’s great to be seen as doing a good job,” Mrs Johnson said.

“We put absolutely everything into our business and our clients.”

Mrs Johnson has been in the beauty industry for nearly a decade and said upskilling and having a great team was the key to remaining ahead of the competition.

“Educating yourself on the skill, the product and the customer services aspect is so important,” she said.

“I’ve done over 15 courses now and I wouldn’t be where I’m at without them.

“Liz has been with me for three years in June... We all work great together, have a great environment and a lot of the clients see us as friends.”

Mrs Johnson said the most rewarding part of the job was “seeing the transformation we can create for the clients”.

“When you look good you feel good. When you show them in the mirror after how they look you can make their day.”
