One lane of the Bruce Highway is blocked in Landsborough after reports of a crash involving a car and a truck.
Emergency crews rushed to the scene of a multi-vehicle crash northbound just south of the Caloundra exit about 7.44am on Saturday.
A Queensland Ambulance spokeswoman said six people, including reports of a family with two children, were involved in the crash but all remain in a stable condition.
No passengers were found to be trapped.
The truck is believed to be a turf truck.
