A major crash has caused significant delays northbound on the Bruce Highway at Tanawha on the Sunshine Coast.
A Queensland Police Service spokeswoman said emergency crews rushed to the multi-vehicle prang just before the Nambour exit about 6.11am on Wednesday, September 28, 2022.
Paramedics assessed four patients at the scene, with three declining transport while one was taken to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.
The Department of Transport and Main Roads advised northbound lanes were reduced while the scene was being cleared, with the highway cleared as of about 7am.
