Best Sunshine Coast real estate staff nominated by agencies
Real estate agencies across the Sunshine Coast have nominated some of their most outstanding staff members to recognise their hard work, commitment and support.

More than 20 staff members of Sunshine Coast real estate agencies have been recognised in thanks for their hard work and excellence in 2024.
From property and operations managers to sales agents and administrators, these staff members have been called out by their team to celebrate their excellence shown in 2024.

The McGill Group
Holly Dunstone
Holly Dunstone, head of property management and operations manager has been “integral” to the growth of the rent roll and business since it opened its doors in 2019.
Director Mark McGill said no rental property has outstanding payments and required maintenance is looked after within the same week under Ms Dunstone’s leadership.
“Holly’s tireless professional development ensures she prevents problems before they arise, and makes the challenging job of property management appear very streamlined,” Mr McGill said.
“In the rental crisis however, she deserves all the credit having to handle so many people stressing about their housing situations.”
Tita Siviour
Holiday manager Tita Siviour “represents the younger and newer generation” of agents in the property sector, Mr McGill said.
Ms Siviour worked her way from the ground up in the holiday management division, now looking after the daily operations of the agency’s holiday managements.
She ensures owners receive great bookings and guests have an enjoyable stay on the Sunshine Coast.
“The job requires being available at all times around the clock in what is often an unrewarding job,” Mr McGill said.
Tammy Rilstone
Sales agent Tammy Rilstone was described as an “up-and-coming agent” rising in the ranks by Mr McGill.
The Mountain Creek local works tirelessly to achieve the best results for clients.
“I have seen many agents come and go over the last decade, and Tammy has the ‘it-factor’,” Mr McGill said.
“She has a never-give-up attitude and has managed to pull together sales that otherwise most likely wouldn’t have happened without her belief and tenacity, making her better than some of the longer established agents.”
Blue Wave Property Strategies
Rose Prince
Senior property manager Rose Prince has doubled the agency’s rent roll since she started at the recently formed property management arm of the business this year.
Director Chris Pullen said she has formed a network of business associates and won the Green Frog award for best networking since she joined the BNI.
He described her as an “absolute attribute to the business’, often receiving five-star reviews.
“She also has a sausage dog that she brings to the office called Selma which has become a little mascot of the office,” Mr Pullen said.
“She is constantly going over and above, who cares and has a heart of gold.”

Courtney Hunter
Client relationship manager Courtney Hunter was nominated by director of property management Samantha Caruana for her “exceptional dedication and professionalism”.
“Her commitment to delivering outstanding service and building strong, trusting relationships with clients has set her apart,” Ms Caruana said.
Ms Hunter was described as a “true asset” to the team who goes above and beyond to ensure clients feel valued and supported.
Martinuzzi Property Group
Nicola Concato
Agent Nicola Concato was labelled as “one of the best new and up-and-coming agents” in the region by director Leigh Martinuzzi.
Ms Martinuzzi recognised his unmatched ambition, drive, willingness to learn and hard-core work ethic.
“Nicola’s genuine care for people is paramount in everything he does, and his warmth and approachability make his dealings a pleasure for everyone,” she said.
“Originally from Italy, his accent adds to his charm, and his ability to make people feel happy and comfortable is a testament to his exceptional interpersonal skills.”

Megan Hoare-Smith
Sales Administrator Megan Hoare-Smith has become an “invaluable member” of the team since she started work with the company four years ago.
She has brought her “happy and caring personality” to the office everyday, readily assisting the sales team at any time.
“From running our CRM to being the first point of contact for many clients calling our sales department and everything in between, Megan is an invaluable member of our team that we appreciate very much,” business owner Mel Anderson said.
Chloe Seckington
Office and accounts manager Chloe Seckington has become an integral member assisting directors on business matters since she joined the team more than eight years ago.
“Our personal finance and accounting guru, Chloe assists in managing the behind the scenes running of the business,” Ms Anderson said.
Ms Seckington assists in setting, assessing and helping achieve goals as well as monitoring growth and client feedback.
“Chloe has truly made this vital role her own and has helped guide our office to the number one office in the C21 network for the last two years,” Ms Anderson said.
Joanne Reilly Property
Aryon Ramos
Sales associate Aryon Ramos began at the agency with no experience but a “hunger to learn”, with director Joanne Reilly quickly recognising his potential.
He has since become a valued and trustworthy member of the two-person “tight-knit” team.
Ms Reilly noted Mr Ramos worked tirelessly to streamline process and improve offerings to the agency’s clients.
“He has gone from strength to strength with his knowledge, confidence and respect from our customers,” she said.
“He is certainly going to be a force to reckon with over the coming years. Look out everyone.”

Natalie Sinclair
Director Natalie Sinclair was described as the “heart and soul” of the agency by co-director Mitch Sinclair, with a passion for people and property shining through.
She goes above and beyond to make every client feel supported and valued.
“Her vision, kindness, and drive are what truly set her apart,” Mr Sinclair said.
Mitch Sinclair
In turn, Natalie Sinclair labelled Mitch Sinclair as the “engine” keeping the agency running at its best.
“His down-to-earth nature and relentless dedication make him a standout leader, always rolling up his sleeves to get the job done,” she said.
“He’s the kind of person you can trust to make magic happen behind the scenes. “

Xander Bryant
Sales and marketing specialist Xander Bryant works hard to deliver incredible service and create lasting client relationships.
He will answer questions late at night and go the extra mile for the best outcome, director Bailey Sims said.
Mr Bryant was described as a driven, young agent showing a genuine passion for helping people.
“His energy, enthusiasm, and hands-on approach mean his clients always feel supported every step of the process,” Mr Sims said.
Mitch Markham
Sales and marketing specialist Mitch Markham is a “trusted go-to” in the real estate scene within the Sunshine Coast hinterland thanks to his hard work, focus and ability to connect with others.
Mr Sims said he is not only an outstanding agent but also a proud young dad working tirelessly to provide for his family and clients.
“Known for his approachable nature, active community involvement and creative marketing ideas, Mitch makes the real estate process feel simple and stress-free,” Mr Sims said.

Sean Harding has worked alongside director Grant Smith, who said Mr Harding had become an integral part of the sales team.

Office manager Carmen Smith, Mr Smith’s mother, bought the business in 2007 and has since ensured a smooth running of the office, sales transactions and accounts.
Mr Smith also labelled her as the “world’s best mum.”
“They always say behind every success is an amazing mum, and mine’s certainly behind our business,” he said.

Terri-Anne Murray
Agent Terri-Anne Murray was singled out as one of the agency’s top performers, “renowned” for outstanding customer service and “cutting-edge” marketing strategies.
She shows commitment to producing exceptional, consistent results and demonstrates leadership and passion in mentoring other agents.
Ms Murray is also a part of the Lifeflight Regional Committee and the Kawana Island Residents Association.

Agent Rudi du Preez was described as a highly accomplished, well-rounded real estate leader, with “sharp intelligence” and savvy market approach.
In 2023, he achieved more than $42.7m in sales, showing his commitment to exceeding client expectations.
“Rudi’s tireless work ethic, exceptional service, and warm, approachable personality have earned him a reputation as one of the Sunshine Coast’s most referred agents,” marketing manager Penny Adams said.

Tamar Scott-Holland
Sales consultant Tamar Scott-Holland was recently nominated as a finalist for the Sales Campaign of the Year at the National Real Estate Business Awards.

Office manager Marian Yates, known as Maz, is the “rock” which holds together the team of a dozen at the “boutique agency.”
Co-principal Jared Young said he himself worked for Ms Yates’ company Platinum Properties at the start of his career.
She now assists Mr Young’s company, little others out there who would have her experience to rely upon.
“We all agree she is here till retirement,” Mr Young said.
“She is caring, a great listener and always willing to patiently assist those breaking into this industry.”
