BUDERIM BEAUTY: A four-bedroom, two-bathroom house at 11 Highton Ct, Buderim, goes to auction Saturday at 11am with Stewart Property.

IT'S going to be a beauty, Stewart Property's Vicki Stewart said about the auction of 11 Highton Ct, Buderim, on Saturday.

The four-bedroom house with office goes to auction with Vicki and Stephanie Tyson at 11am.

"It's a stunning opportunity, Vicki said, "an extremely pivate 901sq m.

"The house is probably 25 years plus but in immaculate condition and with room for two big cars plus a trailer.

"We have seen very high numbers through during the campaign - quality inspections.

"The property is elevated, in a quiet court. It's a street that sees houses never turn over.

"Most interest is coming from Buderim people wanting to buy in town - it's an easy walk to the village.''

It's perfection

WITH only five residential units in the building, it's understandable that James Goldsworthy of Ray White Mooloolaba is getting good interest on 5/134 Alexandra Pde, Alexandra Headland.

The three-bedroom apartment, that goes to auction Saturday at noon, has the ocean across the road and great views to the sea yet also to Buderim across Nelson Park.

"It's perfection,'' James said. "Immaculately presented and with one unit per level.

"It has lift access, two-car accommodation side by side plus storage ... that's pretty rare.'' Most interest is local, looking to downsize to the sea, and wanting quality as well as location.

"There have been a few solid nibbles out of Brisbane but most is local,'' James said.

Plenty of potential

IT looks like being a cracker auction,'' Carlie Penn of McGrath Estate Agents said about 62 Oogar St, Maroochydore, that goes to auction Saturday at noon with Glennis Schindler.

"We have had heaps of inquiry, as you can imagine,'' Carlie said of the four-bedroom house on two levels.

"Just two weeks in we already had more than 30 groups through and offers.''

Interest has been local and interstate, attracted by being walking distance to the beach.

"The size of the block is appealing, 997sq m,'' Carlie said. "You can add to it for extended living.

"There is a lot of potential to add value.''
