Snow is exceedingly rare in the Sunshine State but for one winter festival, it’s a guarantee.
The Snowflakes in Stanthorpe Festival transformed the southern Queensland town into a winter wonderland at the weekend, giving everyone a chance to experience the joy of throwing a snowball and building a snowman.
Thousands flocked to this year’s event and they weren’t disappointed with the flurry of ice and snow that greeted them.
