AFTER a successful sale last year, the St Paul's Anglican Church will take a leaf out of the history books and again hold the Big Book Sale.
Parish Councillor Peter Moll said the church was looking for book donations for the sale.
"The funds raised will go towards the Stanthorpe Anglican community and helping those who are less fortunate,” he said.
"Any left over books are given to the local Lifeline to raise money for them.”
The Big Book Sale is one of the major fundraisers for the church, with all books to be sold for about $2.
Books can be brought to the church on Corundum St between Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm or a pick up can be organised.
Mr Moll is welcoming any books to be donated but has requested that no magazines be included.
Donations will be accepted right up until Thursday, April 11.
"Any books that people want to get rid of we're happy to accept,” Mr Moll said.
"Some books have already been donated.”
The Book Sale runs from April 12 - 14 and if it is another success will likely become an annual event.
