A driver in his 30s has been flown to hospital after he was thrown from a rolling car southwest of Miles.
The man sustained serious injuries to his head and internal bleeding when the car, which was carrying three passengers, crashed at Yulabilla and rolled into a ditch.
Emergency crews were called to the scene just after 7.30pm on Saturday.
The man was reportedly thrown from the rolling SUV.
He was flown to Princess Alexandria Hospital in a serious condition.
The three passengers were uninjured.
