From sparkies and plumbers to hairdressers and boilermakers, the Burnett is home to a diverse group of skilled apprentices, all striving to excel in their chosen fields.
The Australian Manufacturing Workers’ Union said apprentices are the “future of our manufacturing industries”.
“There is a huge demand for apprentices which will only grow as we decarbonise our economy,” the union said.
“It’s great to see our trades and our apprentices celebrated”.
