A man has been charged after he allegedly rammed a police car and injured two officers.
Police on Wednesday said in a statement they had charged a 58-year-old Murgon man following the incident on Kerbs Street on Thursday, December 21.
Police allege around 9am the man failed to stop his vehicle following a direction by detectives.
He then allegedly rammed an unmarked police vehicle.
Police said the man’s vehicle was severely damaged and he was transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Two female officers were also treated for minor injuries.
The alleged offender was charged with acts intended to cause grievous bodily harm, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and evade police.
He is due to reappear in the Toowoomba Magistrates Court on February 21.
