Lane closed after truck carrying animals rolls at Harlin

A man and woman have escaped major injury after their truck, carrying animals, rolled over in Harlin, closing a lane on Brisbane Valley Highway and disrupting traffic.

Emergency crews were called to Brisbane Valley Highway in Harlin near Ivory Creek about 10.40am on Friday morning after they received reports of a truck rolled over on the road.

A man and woman, both in their 60s, were assessed at the scene and reportedly neither patient had any injuries and were not taken to hospital.

The truck was carrying animals, but according to a police media spokeswoman, the animals were also uninjured.

At the time of publishing, a Queensland Fire Department crew were still on scene awaiting a tow truck and traffic has been impacted.
