Elderly Murgon pedestrians transported to Kingaroy Hospital

Two elderly pedestrians have been rushed to Kingaroy Hospital after they were struck by a vehicle at Murgon on Thursday morning.

An elderly man and woman have been rushed to Kingaroy Hospital following a collision with a vehicle, while walking on Thursday morning at Murgon.

A Queensland Ambulance spokeswoman said the incident occurred at Coronation Drive, Murgon at 7.30am.

“The patients were suffering abrasions and minor injuries, they are both in a stable condition,” she said.

Two paramedic crews attended the scene.

Queensland Police has been contacted for comment.
