Multicultural Comedy Gala: Night of top class comedy announced for Kingaroy Town Hall

Some of the best comedians in the country will be coming to Kingaroy for one night of laughter that you won’t want to miss.

The multicultural Comedy Gala is touring regional Queensland in October, bring some of the best in the business to audiences across the state.

Akmal, Georgie Carroll and Ting Lim will join several other fan favourite comedians for a special night on October 18 at the Kingaroy Town Hall.

The Gala aims to “illuminate the souls” of its audiences, touching on cultural identity in Australia in a way “that pokes fun at what makes us all different, but so much the same”.

The night will kick off at 8pm and tickets are on sale already.

With comedians from across Australia and the world, the night will celebrate the multicultural heritage of our great country.

“Do your soul a favour and treat it to a night of laughter you will never forget. You probably need it,” The Gala encouraged attendees.

The announcement has already sparked plenty of excitement in the community, with councillor Danita Potter one of already looking forward to the night.

“I can’t wait, nothing like a good laugh,” Ms Potter said on Facebook.

“This looks awesome, how good for our region,” agreed Matt Vels.
