Agents expand reach throughout South Burnett

Dynamic duo takes over agency

THE South Burnett's newest real estate agency is continuing to achieve success and expand its reach across the region.

Faunt & Emmett Real Estate has gone from strength to strength in just three short years of operation.

Trent Faunt opened the agency in 2016 before joining forces with Janelle Baisden-Emmett in 2018 and the pair has now ventured further by opening a second agency in Nanango.

"We are very excited to be able to better service the region through our second agency and with our fresh approach to real estate," Mr Faunt said.

Mr Faunt and Ms Baisden-Emmett officially took over from Greg and Sharon Pogson at Raine & Horne Nanango on Tuesday and are eager to establish themselves in their second office at 82 Drayton St, Nanango.

"It is such a pleasure to be able to grow the Faunt & Emmett name within the community," Ms Baisden-Emmett said.

"Trent and I were thrilled to be able to accept Greg's invite for us to take over the agency and enhance our already consistent growth."

Mr Faunt said: "Our focus is always on the community and with the second office, our team will be able to offer the next level of service to Nanango, Yarraman, Blackbutt and surrounds."

The team at Faunt & Emmett already has set plans and procedures in place to ensure a smooth transition with the existing clients of the agency.

"Our team has been established to always have the customers and clients in focus," Ms Baisden-Emmett said. "Communication and doing the job right is our motto."

The new signage and branding will officially go up on the Nanango agency this weekend, but the duo and their team are already on site and working on the transition.

Mr Faunt, Ms Baisden-Emmett and their dedicated team are looking forward to becoming better acquainted with the local residents in Nanango and surrounds.
