Shop 38 – inside the Kingaroy Art Gallery – is full of beautiful, locally made art and craftworks they will love.

The gallery is closed on Sundays but is open Monday to Saturday.
2. The Wooroolin QCWA are hosting a Mother’s Day morning tea on Sunday, May 4.
The event will be held at the Wooroolin Hall at 10am, and tickets costs $15 per person.
The ticket price includes one ticket for the lucky door prize, five tickets in multi-draw raffle, a delicious selection of sweet and savoury food with endless tea and coffee.
Bookings are required.
3. Take your mum on a picnic lunch at the Ramesa Nursery and enjoy the picturesque outlook.
There are a couple of picnic benches and lots of comfy chairs, as well as an undercover shelter where you can set up your picnic.
While you are there, you can also pick up some native plants or bush tucker and browse their selection of homemade pots, vases and baskets.

Studio Arty Show is run by Lis, a French artist, who runs lots of different creative workshops for kids and adults.
The clay fairy house workshop runs from 1pm to 4pm on Sunday, May 4, and costs $60 per person. Bookings are essential.
This cost includes all materials, firings, glazing, and a selection of tea, coffee and nibbles.

Motherland is a charity that supports rural mothers and it’s coming to Kingaroy in May.
The event will feature a panel discussion about the highs and lows of rural motherhood hosted by Motherland Founder and CEO Stephanie Trethewey, with three local women from the Kingaroy region including Felicity Burton, Kylea Hodkinson-Jones and Jenny Lutz.
