These slots are now sold, with one going for the price of a TV.

Trent Jamieson from LJ Hooker said prices on Russell Island have continued to go up since the pandemic, with the average price shooting up from around $25,000 to $35,000 to $40,000.
“It is still going wild, we sold 70 last month and the month before but the thing is the stock, the less stock the higher the prices, it is really exploding,” he said.
