Emergency services have rushed to a serious two-vehicle crash with seven patients in South MacLean.
Around 6.30pm, emergency crews were called to the crash where one person was trapped inside a vehicle on Teviot Rd .
Seven people were asseed by QAS including a 23-year-old female in a serious condition with lower limb injuries who was retrieved from one of the cars.
A 43-year-old female sustained head and hip pains, a 73-year-old female had wrist pains and a 30-year-old man who was a pedestrian had an elbow injury after being hit by one of the cars.
All of four of patients were taken to the Logan Hospital with high acuity response and a critical care unit.
Three other patients including an 8-year-old boy declined transport.
Teviot Rd remains blocked off and police are assisting with traffic control.
