The Christmas Secret Santa has struck again at Mr Toys Toyworld.
A generous shopper has reportedly paid off all lay-bys at Mr Toys Toyworld Rothwell, north of Brisbane.
Numerous shoppers have said the store called them earlier today with the happy news.
Kara Hanan, 46, from Kippa-Ring, said her daughter was excited as she was able to get her Squishmallows earlier than planned.
“My reaction was both shocked and happy that someone did this,” she said.
“It helped me a lot because we have a lot of bills this time of year.”
Amy Dixon, 33, from Deception Bay, said the extra toys will help keep the kids busy during the holidays.
“I was shocked,” she said.
“Christmas was very hard this year, especially being a mum of four boys and a uni student.
“The kids and I were so happy.”
Amy said she planned on cancelling the lay-by as she couldn’t afford it.
Anthony Barden, 40, from Griffin, initially couldn’t believe the lay-by had been paid off.
“I froze in shock and had to listen again to my voicemail,” he said.
“It’s saved me over $600, so at this time with cost of living issues it’s just amazing!
“I’ve paid coffee forward before. This is next level!”
Mr Barden said he was appreciative of the generosity and thanked the anonymous shopper, stating that he planned to pay the kindness forward.
