Two people on scooters hit by car leaving one seriously injured
Two people have been rushed to hospital - including a woman in a serious condition - following a collision between two scooters and a car on the Gold Coast.

Two people riding scooters have been rushed to hospital after they were hit by a car on the Gold Coast on Friday evening.
A female in her 20s is in a serious condition.
A spokeswoman from Queensland Ambulance Service said the pair were both riding separate scooters along The Esplanade at Miami about 7.30pm when they were hit by the vehicle at the same time.
The driver of the car was unharmed.
