Two flown to hospital after Injune vehicle rollover near Roma

A vehicle rollover near Injune has left two people with serious injuries requiring emergency helicopter transport.

Two people have been flown to Roma Hospital after a vehicle rollover near Injune.

About 10am the LifeFlight helicopter was tasked by Retrieval Services Queensland to a rural road in the Maranoa region with the crews landing near the incident.

The LifeFlight critical care doctor and flight paramedic worked with local Queensland Ambulance Service paramedics to treat both patients.

A male in his 40s was treated for neck injuries while a female in her 30s was treated for abrasions to her head.

Both patients were airlifted to Roma Hospital for further treatment.
