A teenage girl has been taken to hospital after a kangaroo jumped out in front of her car while driving through Gowrie Station, just north of Charleville.
The girl suffered injuries to her face and arm after she collided with the animal on the Mitchell Highway at 9.24pm Wednesday, the Queensland Ambulance Service reported.
She was transported to Augathella Hospital in a stable condition.
