Queensland Ambulance Service paramedics are meeting a person who was stung by a stonefish on Pumpkin Island at the Rosslyn Bay marina.
It is understood they are also dealing with a stroke victim and a heart attack patient on the water too, one of whom has come from a boat in the vicinity.
The stonefish victim is expected to arrive around 11am.
