Shed damaged in fire at Pacey Street, Parkhurst
A shed was “well alight” when fire crews arrived at the scene of a blaze in Central Queensland in the early hours of Saturday morning, with police providing the latest on the incident.

A shed has been damaged after it caught fire in Central Queensland early on Saturday morning.
Police, fire and ambulance crews were called to Pacey Street, Parkhurst, on Rockhampton’s outskirts about 1.35am.
A Queensland Fire Department spokeswoman said four fire crews attended the shed which was near a home.
“The shed was well alight (when crews arrived),” the spokeswoman said.
She said the fire was under control by 2am and then crews were “dampening down” after that.
“(The fire was) completely extinguished by 2.30am.”
Police and Queensland Ambulance Service confirmed no-one was injured in the incident.
A Queensland Police Service spokeswoman said the fire was not suspicious and police were not investigating further.
