Seven in Rockhampton, Gladstone hospitals after separate emergencies

From an e-scooter incident to a caravan fire, car crash and buggy rollover, emergency crews in Rockhampton and Gladstone have been called out to several separate emergencies.

Emergency crews in the Rockhampton region were busy overnight after they were called to several separate incidents with six people rushed to hospital.

Another person was also taken to the Gladstone Hospital.

Four people were taken to the Rockhampton Hospital in stable conditions after a crash on the corner of Mulgoodoo Rd and Emu Park Rd at 6.17pm.

A Queensland Police Service spokesman said officers were called to the scene following reports of a three-vehicle crash and an investigation continued.

One man in his 30s suffered facial injuries, one female was taken to hospital with head, abdominal and limb injuries, another person was taken with back and leg pain and a man also suffered back injuries.

In a separate incident, a teen boy suffered a leg injury in a buggy rollover at a private home in Cobraball about 2.05am. He was taken stable to the Rockhampton Hospital.

In another incident in Park Avenue, a man in his 50s suffered a hand injury in a bicycle and e-scooter incident on Main St at 6.40pm.

He was also taken to the Rockhampton Hospital in a stable condition.

In the Gladstone incident, a person suffered minor burns in a caravan fire on Tooloola St at 1.46am and was taken to the Gladstone Hospital in a stable condition.
