Warrant issued in Rockhampton Magistrates Court for Amie Louise Hutton
A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a Central Queensland woman who is facing 15 charges, including allegedly possessing dangerous drugs, after she didn’t show up for court.

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a Rockhampton woman who is facing 15 charges, including allegedly possessing dangerous drugs, after she didn’t show up for court on Wednesday.
Amie Louise Hutton, 29, was to appear in Rockhampton Magistrates Court on June 21 for the mention of 15 charges.
Ms Hutton did not appear.
Magistrate Cameron Press told the court Ms Hutton’s bail was forfeited and that a warrant was issued for her arrest.
Ms Hutton’s charges include:
- 4x possessing dangerous drugs
- 2x possessing dangerous drugs schedule 1 drug quantity of or exceeding schedule 3 but less than schedule 4
- 2x possess tainted property
- 2x possess utensils or pipes that had been used
- 1x authority required to possess explosives
- 1x contravening order about information necessary to access information electronically
- 1x offence to buy or possess S4 or S8 medicines or hazardous poisons
- 1x possessing anything used in the commission of crime defined in Part 2
- 1x unlawful possession of weapons category D/H/R weapon.
Ms Hutton’s charges come after police searched a home in Clifton Street, Berserker, on June 2.
Court documents showed some charges also derived from Glendale, a suburb north of Rockhampton.
