Police stopped Shawn Todd Mailman, 47, while he was driving along Bridge Street, Berserker, on November 20 at 12.37am, the Rockhampton Magistrates Court heard.

Mailman pleaded guilty on December 22 to driving without a licence and possessing a knife in a public place.
He was fined $900 and disqualified from driving for one month.
Convictions were recorded.
The knife was forfeited to the Crown.
