Police charge man after gunshot allegedly fired at vehicle in Rockhampton
The identity of a man charged after a gunshot was allegedly fired at a vehicle in Central Queensland during a drive-by incident, can be revealed.

A man charged following the alleged random drive-by shooting of a vehicle in Central Queensland, has been remanded in custody.
It is alleged about 10.30pm on September 29, a silver Mitsubishi Lancer was travelling west on Rockhampton’s Denham Street when an occupant discharged a single shot at a gold Holden Commodore, before the Lancer continued on Denham Street.
Police allege the people in the respective vehicles were not known to each other.
Queensland Police Service said no-one was injured during the incident.
Park Avenue man, Robert John Mitchell, 28, has been charged with one count each of acts intended to cause grievous bodily harm and unlawful possession of a concealable firearm in public.
His matters were mentioned in Rockhampton Magistrates Court on Saturday (October 5) and there was no bail application.
Mr Mitchell was remanded in custody with his matters adjourned to November 27.
