One of the men allegedly involved in a stolen vehicle crash on the Bruce Highway near Ogmore on April 24 that claimed the life of Joshua Brown has had his matters mentioned in court, with his legal representatives still in the process of having them transferred from their office.

Larcome Allan James Keith Brown had his matters mentioned in Rockhampton Magistrates Court on June 22.

Defence lawyer Rebecca Winning said Brandon Selic had carriage of the matter and that their office was conflicted.

“Mr Selic needs his client to sign a Legal Aid application for that to occur.”

Magistrate Cameron Press adjourned Mr Brown’s matters to July 20 and noted that he was remanded in custody.

Mr Brown previously had the matters mentioned in Rockhampton Magistrates Court on June 16 where defence lawyer Pierre Lammersdorf instructed the court their office had a conflict with the matter.

“We are in the process of getting the Legal Aid application signed and then having it be referred,” Mr Lammersdorf.
